He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to
do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
Micah 6:8 is a familiar verse to all Christians. It has been my greatest comfort in times of trial and in times of doubts. It safeguards me from comparing myself to others and conforming to the world. It shifts my focus back to the audience of One. This verse, however, is also my greatest conviction to a radical faith, one that pushes me to step beyond what is comfortable and to give myself to God completely. While He doesn't need me to be as smart, as pretty, as wealthy, or as anything that the world would demand, He does require me to be faithful, to be submissive, and to walk with Him in obedience. Now is such a time for me to act upon this conviction. Please allow me to share with you my journey with eMi, and to invite you to journey with me.
